FAQ/POLICY
Before booking an appointment or makeup class, please be sure to read the service description. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $25 (make-up classes vary). Remainder will be paid at time of appointment via CASH or ZELLE: 7089402677. The deposit goes towards your service total. Makeup classes are held on Mondays and Sundays only. Be sure to book accordingly at least a week in advance. For safety and hazard concerns, no kids and no extra persons are allowed, unless they are being serviced. Please arrive with a clean/bare face or clean hair and prepared to look fabulous for pictures!
There will be a late fee of $15 upon being 10 minutes late and $20 upon being 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment, and you will need to schedule an new appointment. If the cancelation fee did not go through you be charge an additional fee towards your next appointment. Please inform me if your are not able to make it to your appointment. No Call/No Show will result in being banned or an additional $50 will be added to your next appointment No exceptions. Please Communicate. Rescheduling cannot be done on the day of the missed appointment (It Depends). Be sure to contact me for a reschedule. Last minute Cancellations will be charged 50% of your appointment if your card declines you will be charged $25 which will be added to your next/rescheduled appointment as stated before. Continuous cancellations will result in a ban from any further booking. Please read effectively.
